Passenger Trespasses Onto Train Tracks at Subang Alam LRT Station, Causes Major Disruption

A major service disruption happened today (July 4) following a trespassing incident.

As a result, alternative train services have been activated between Putra Heights and Alam Megah stations.

In a statement, Rapid KL revealed that an incident occurred involving a passenger who trespassed onto the tracks at Subang Alam Station.

As a result, the operations team has activated the following alternative train services:

  • Trains from Putra Heights Station will stop at Alam Megah Station and turn back to Putra Heights.
  • Trains from Gombak Station will terminate at Alam Megah Station and return to Gombak.

Rescue teams were immediately dispatched to the scene to carry out emergency response efforts.

“Rapid Rail Sdn Bhd (Rapid Rail), the operator of the Kelana Jaya Line, wishes to inform that an incident occurred this morning involving a passenger who trespassed onto the tracks at Subang Alam Station,” they said.
