In her recent Instagram post, Zarina admitted that she has appeared lesser in movies and TV shows.

“I don’t have many job offers and reviews now, it’s sad,” she wrote in the caption.

The actress last appeared in a 2024 local horror comedy, Don Dukun, in a minor role.

Zarina also said that she is allowed to do TikTok live while on duty, where she could earn slightly more. Despite the limited opportunities on the big and small screen, Zarina said she is never embarrassed by her decision, and as a single mother, she has kids to take care of.

“I’m not embarrassed, as long as it’s a Halal job. I’m a single mother, I have to do what I need to take care of my kids. Pray for me, and do drop by to support me!”

Zarina also thanked the cafe chain for giving her the chance to make a living.
