3 teenagers, two Form 2 students and one Form 3 student, was arrested after they allegedly went on an armed robbery spree targeted at foreigners in the Cheras district.

They had apparently committed the crime more than 4 times and even recorded their actions.

The MYNEWSHUB took to their Twitter profile to showcase one of the video, where the teenagers could be seen climbing on the roof of a building to break into the home of a foreigner.

MYNEWSHUB wrote, “3 secondary school students managed to film their own crime as they robbed a foreigner in Taman Connaught, Cheras, Kuala Lumpur on Wednesday (January 10).”

According to a report by Astro Awani, a source shared that the teenagers’ modus operandi involved climbing onto the roofs of buildings to break into residences.

“They then pointed a knife at the victim’s neck and asked for money if they didn’t want to get hurt. One of the suspects also recorded their actions while displaying the victim’s face in the state of fear and begging to be released,” the source explained.
