It’s no secret that Malaysians hate traffic jams, despite the fact that we’re often causing it!

And while most Malaysians would just endure it and go on with our day, there are some among us who think they are above the law and will do all kinds of things in attempts to avoid traffic jams.

Malaysians are now rejoicing after watching a Perodua Ativa driver receiving consequences for their actions, after trying to tailgate a POLICE CAR past others stuck in a traffic jam. The Malaysia Viral Facebook page shared dashcam footage of this incident.

They wrote, “He is indeed looking for trouble. Just patiently go through the traffic jam, play this (video) in your car while enjoying the traffic jam.”

In the dashcam footage, a police car (with their siren and police lights on) could be seen rushing past cars in a traffic jam, in between lanes.

Right behind the police car was a Perodua Ativa tailgating them, presumably in an attempt to follow the police car past the traffic jam.

Suddenly, the police car stops and the officer driving the police car gets down to confront the Perodua Ativa driver in a satisfying conclusion!

Malaysians rejoiced upon seeing the video, especially considering most folks would just endure the jam as they don’t believe that they are above the law.

“Serves them right. Don’t give face to them, Mr. Policeman.”

Ativa 2

“Good job, PDRM. Strict enforcement can discipline drivers.”

Ativa 3

“Who is the stupid person driving the Ativa? Others are fine with following road rules.”

Ativa 4

“They think they’re a VIP.”
