Where was this when we started our schooling all those years ago?

As per the Education Ministry’s orders, preschool, Standard One, and Standard Two students begin their schooling today (1 March). Students attending the schooling sessions will be doing so under strict SOPs from the school gates until during the teaching sessions.

Probably trying to ease the students’ minds, teachers all-across Malaysia have been employing several creative tactics to make their students feel more welcome. Twitter user, Izzuddin (k_izzuddin) shared how in SK Kubang Kerian, the school administration employed a couple of robotic Transformers to cheer up the returning students.

The 18-second video quickly went viral garnering almost 4,000 retweets with netizens praising the teachers’ efforts for welcoming their students. Speaking with World of Buzz, Izzuddin showed how teachers in other schools even got other mascots including a T-Rex and a Mickey Mouse mascot for their students’ entertainment.
