There are many types of jobs in this world and some of them are truly dangerous.

We’re not sure if you have seen this incredible drone footage by Siva Kumar that depicts some female rope access technicians but if you have not, then we’ll let you marvel at the clip for a while.

Now that you’re back, isn’t that incredible?

The video depicted several rope access technicians who were at the tip of one of the KLCC towers which means that they were probably 450+ metres (1,476+ feet) above ground. If you’re not very good with numbers, they were basically touching clouds!

In the video, the technicians were doing some work at the top of the tower and some netizens were very curious about what it was. Siva Kumar, the Malaysian photographer who took those drone shots explained what they were doing.

“They are replacing the classic spotlights to a smart LED system. Currently they use colour plastic wrap to change the colour of KLCC but in 3weeks time, everything will controlled by the system.”

Even though those technicians were so far up above ground, one of them who was wearing a red hijab, spotted the drone and gave a cheerful wave accompanied by a wonderful smile.

Many netizens were impressed with how unfazed the rope technician was.

“She is truly fearless. Sis, that’s KLCC, not a 25-floor building. You’re so wonderful!.”

Siva Kumar himself was very fascinated with them and had called them “iron women.”

They definitely deserve to be known as iron women! Also, thank you to these rope access technicians for taking care of our tall buildings!
