Being a parent can be a challenging and tiring situation. Hence is why, sometimes, parents can make mistakes such as forgetting your child at certain locations.

While some mistakes can cause major repercussions (such as children dying from being forgotten in cars), thankfully, for this case, the child ended up fine.

Netizen, Shahila Shah, took to her TikTok account to showcase how a group of 3 foreign workers had taken care of her child after she and her husband had accidentally forgotten about him and left him at a rest stop in Johor.

She wrote, “So thankful, Alhamdulillah, my youngest child was helped by 3 Bangladeshi workers, the one whose name is Ismail gave his phone to call me and bought him some bread and water.”

“Thank you Ismail and 2 of his friends from the Petron station at the Pagoh R&R. We will remember your kindness until the end. There are foreigners out there who have noble hearts.”

In a series of 3 videos, Shahila showcased how she received a phone call from Ismail to inform her that she had forgotten her youngest son at the R&R, as well as how she and her husband returned to the rest stop to fetch the boy.

Upon arriving at the rest stop, her son could be seen sitting by the road side while accompanied by the foreign workers.

Shahila also took the time to remind all the parents out there to always be aware of your children when travelling.

“A reminder for parents, check on your children when you stop at an R&R or anywhere. Don’t be like this,” she added.
