A Malaysian TikTok user recently mocked teachers, saying they can never afford a Lamborghini despite their academic qualifications.

The man did so by posing next to a Toyota Supra parked in Genting Highlands, Pahang.

“They said without a Degree, you can’t find success, but I’ve never seen teachers driving Lamborghinis,” he remarked in his caption.

The TikTok post has since been removed, but many social media users are still sharing the post, igniting debate online about his take on success. Many also pointed out that he wasn’t posing with a Lamborghini, but an entirely different car.

The Toyota Supra, however, doesn’t belong to the man

Following the post’s circulation online, the Toyota Supra’s owner broke her silence, revealing that the man’s post had caused her some trouble. It then prompted her to explain that she had nothing to do with the man and that she didn’t know the man personally.

In her viral Threads post, the woman also clarified that she had never written the viral caption that mocked teachers.

Another social media user also reached out to her personally, suggesting she lodge a police report, as the man may have misled others into thinking it was his car or that it had something to do with his business.

“Some people who don’t know the truth have been attacking me, but those captions weren’t written by me. I hope everyone can look at this matter rationally,” she said.

In another post, the owner of the Toyota Supra also reminded the man that success has no shortcuts, and behind every achievement lies different struggles that others won’t see.

WORLD OF BUZZ has reached out to her for comment, but we have yet to get a response.

The man has since apologised

In one of his recent TikTok posts, the man issued a brief public apology, thanking social media users for their advice and support.

“I apologise for all my verbal and physical mistakes, including those that were done intentionally or unintentionally.”
