“That morning, around 10 am, before leaving the house, she told me that she had a reunion with her primary school friends.”
“So, my mom asked me to drop her off at her old primary school, which was located in her hometown, Kampung Bukit Jering, Kuala Balah, Kelantan.”
As Ainul drives closer to the school, a sense of déjà vu washes over her. It’s a nostalgic reminder of her childhood days when her mom would be the one dropping her off at school. The reversal of roles evokes a flood of emotions and amplifies the cuteness of the entire situation.
