Motorcylist Gets Stuck Under Rear Bumper Of Myvi In Bizarre Segamat Accident

One of the scariest things in life is that accidents tend to happen anywhere at any time without warning.

Just yesterday (July 19), a bizarre accident took place in Segamat, Johor, around 2:30 pm where a motorcyclist collided with a Myvi. According to a police statement by Jementah district PDRM, The collision happened when a motorcyclist came out from the sidewalk and merged onto the car’s lane.Ā

The close distance prompted the motorcyclist to lose control of his vehicle and hit the back part of the car. He fell onto the ground before being dragged by the car to the sidewalk. The motorcyclist was literally stuck under the bumper and on the wheel at the back, and he was pronounced dead at the scene by Jementah Health Clinic.Ā

In the meantime, the Jementah police has urged the public who witnessed the scene to come forward and provide necessary information to assist in the investigation.

Additionally, Astro Awani reported that Segamat Fire & Rescue Department rushed to the scene and used a piece of special machinery to remove the victim stuck at the back wheel. The driver of the Myvi, who is 83-year old, suffered no injuries.
