Lost Your PMR & SPM Certificates? Here’s How To Request For A New One Online!

All education certificates are important documents that should be kept somewhere safe as it is a crucial document that is needed when applying for a job or even furthering your education.

However, most of us tend to lose our certificates due to our own carelessness and ignorance. That is the harsh truth. 

So, what do you do when you are in need of these educations certificates but can’t seem to find them?

Well, this Malaysian netizen, Eim Ariepin, took to Facebook to share with everyone how she managed to get hold of a new certificate after losing her old one.

Eim explains how it is so easy to request for a new certificate following these simple steps:

Step 1: Open the website ‘E-Lembaga Peperiksaan’ 

Head over to the E-Lembaga Peperiksaan using this link: https://elp.moe.gov.my/.

Step 2: Click on the top left corner

Then, click on the most top left corner of the page which will bring you to a few more options. Click on the option ‘Perkhidmatan’.

Step 3: Select “Salinan Keputusan”

After clicking on the option ‘Perkhidmatan’, it will bring you to a page with four different options.

Click on the option ‘Salinan Keputusan’.

Step 4: Choose which education certificate that you would like to request.

After clicking on the option ‘Salinan Keputusan’, a page with a list of various education certification options will pop up. Pick the one that you would like to request and fill in the necessary information.

There will be a small charge that you would have to pay for the new certificate.

And just like that, you’re done! You will receive your new certificate delivered to your doorstep!

Once it has been delivered to you, you should receive the certificate in a brown envelope. And in the brown envelope, you will receive your letter and a copy of your certificate. Here’s what it should look like.
