The logos look almost exactly the same!
A logo that appeared in the most recent episode of Hong Kong TVB drama “The Queen of News” is said to look very identical to the old logo of the Malaysian radio station, Eight FM (previously One FM).
In the drama, the SNK News Web Department’s logo incorporates the main colours yellow and pink, featuring a graphic of a headphone on the right side.
The design, colour, and layout closely resemble the old logo of Eight FM, with the only distinction being the wording.
This was first pointed out by a Xiao Hong Shu user, and was reported by several local media. Many netizens agree that the logos look identical, with some even remarking that it’s no wonder the design feels familiar while watching the TV show.
“The Queen of News” is a new Hong Kong drama starring Charmaine Sheh, Selena Lee, Kenneth Ma and other HK actors. It talks about office politics within the SNK News department, focusing on prime-time news anchors Man and George.
