“Liquid-filled tissue found” – PDRM Arrests 29yo and 24yo Men for Indecent Acts Inside Car in KL

Two men were caught engaging in indecent acts inside a car parked in a public area in Kuala Lumpur last Friday (30 January).

According to Sentul District Police Chief ACP Ahmad Sukarno Mohd Zahari, the 29-year-old and 24-year-old were detained during a police check at approximately 2 AM.

Two men were arrested for engaging in indecent acts inside a car in Kuala Lumpur

Ahmad Sukarno said Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) officers on crime-prevention patrol noticed two men acting suspiciously inside a car in the area, according to Harian Metro.

“An inspection found a wad of tissue believed to contain liquid on the rear passenger floor. Checks on both suspects and the vehicle showed no criminal records,” he added.

The 29-year-old man later admitted to committing indecent acts involving the other man inside the car.

The two men have been remanded for three days

Both men, who work as salesmen, were arrested and taken to the Jinjang Police Station for further action. Ahmad Sukarno added that they were remanded for three days until yesterday and have now been released on bail.

The case is being investigated under Section 377A of the Penal Code for “carnal intercourse against the order of nature.”
