Some achievements are measured in grades. Others are measured in love that never fades.
A young Malaysian student scored outstanding results in her examinations: 80% in Mathematics, 92% in Bahasa Melayu, 75% in English, 90% in Science, and a perfect 100% in Arabic. Results that would make any family beam with pride. Her older sister, excited to celebrate, immediately offered the best reward she could think of.

A nice meal after visiting their late father’s grave
But the student’s reply stopped everyone in their tracks.
“It’s okay. I don’t want to trouble you, we can just visit father’s grave!”
“I miss dad.”

No expensive gift. No toys. No shopping trip. No fancy restaurant. She only wanted to visit the one person she wished could see her report card.
In her Threads post, the elder sister expressed her emotions and feelings about the situation.
“I’m so proud of my little sister. Everyone, please help me congratulate her!”
She also explained that despite her offer of a good meal after the visit to their father’s grave, her younger sister insisted on the trip without it.

In her other Threads post, she also mentioned that despite the loss of their father, the Almighty has blessed her with the most understanding little sister.
“My heart feels so heavy tonight. She even apologised for asking for things because she knows her older sister is still studying. But the truth is, she hardly ever asks for anything at all.”
She mentioned that her mother is currently battling an illness, and sought prayers from other social media users.
WORLD OF BUZZ has reached out to the Threads user for further information, but has yet to receive a response.
