KKM: Whopping 182 New Positive Covid-19 Cases, 14 Discharged & Thankfully, No Deaths

Based on today’s Covid-19 update from the Ministry of Health Malaysia, there are 182 new cases as of today (11 September), bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 9,810. From those numbers, a total of 9,181 patients have been cured and discharged, including today’s 14 patients.

Thankfully, there are no reported deaths today, leaving the number of casualties at 128.

Out of the 182 new cases reported today, 181 cases are local transmissions and 1 case are imported. Out of the 181 local transmissions, 167 cases are reportedly from the Benteng cluster and 14 cases are from the Sungai cluster.

There’s been an alarming increase in the number of positive cases of late. This means that we should tread lightly, be more careful and adhere to the standard operating procedures set in place.
