Minister of Health Khairy Jamaluddin posted on Twitter envisioning that the interstate travel ban is set to be lifted soon as the nation’s vaccination rate against Covid-19 gets closer to the 90% threshold.

In his tweet, he mentions that 86% of the country’s adult population have been fully vaccinated as of Friday.

He writes, “With greater mobility, there will be more gatherings.”

“We need to take responsibility of our actions.”

“If you develop symptoms, get a test kit and test. If positive, isolate quickly.”

Commenting on his statement, netizens agreed that as the country approaches the end of the pandemic, we simply have to learn to live with Covid-19.

“We have to live with Covid-19. Quarantine should be for the sick, not the healthy who follow SOP. ”

What is your opinion on the matter? Will we be allowed interstate travel as promised when we reach 90% of the country’s adult population?
