Parents! Children! We have good news for you!

Kidzania Kuala Lumpur has resumed their services on 18th July 2020 ever since the lockdown due to Covid-19 pandemic. To honour and appreciate the efforts of the frontliners, KidZania is now giving them an adult admission pass each, with the option of purchasing additional tickets (maximum four pieces) at a discount rate of 40% for adults and children (three years old to 17 years old).

We Are Open

Shahrul Nizar Ahmad, Mayor of Kidzania Kuala Lumpur said that this particular deal is specifically arranged for frontliners to thank them for working hard during the Covid-19 outbreak in the country. Additionally, the discounts offered are meant to encourage them to bring along their family members for well-deserved playtime.

Frontliners Giveaway

All in all, Kidzania will be giving away 10,000 tickets to the frontliners on a first-come-first-serve basis and these tickets are for one-time redemption only. Validity for entry starts from 21st July until 30th October 2020*.

For frontliners

Contact KidZania Kuala Lumpur to redeem the free passes by giving a call to 1300-13-KIDS (5439) or send them an email through ym.moc.ainazdikobfsctd-4aa876@tcatnoc. You’ll receive a booking confirmation within five working days. The tickets can be collected at the Airport Counter of KidZania Kuala Lumpur on your chosen date of visit.

For the general public

Not a frontliner? Don’t worry as KidZania Kuala Lumpur has a deal for you too.  From 18th July onwards until 17th August 2020, you can purchase three tickets (1 adult, 2 kids) for only RM99 with a validity of five months! That’s a great deal!

Preventive Measures For Covid-19

SOPs and guidelines set by the Ministry of Health (MOH) will strictly be enforced to ensure a safe environment for everyone from staff to visitors.

“While we want everyone to have a great time at KidZania, we also have the responsibility to ensure they can do so in a safe environment. This is why we have invested a considerable amount of time and effort to put together a highly detailed list of SOPs and guidelines for our employees and visitors. As we will be limiting the number of visitors inside KidZania Kuala Lumpur, we would also encourage our visitors to make advanced bookings to ease their entry process,” said Shahrul.
