JB Massage Parlour Responds to Viral Incident of Female Masseuse Sexually Harassing 2 S’porean Men
A massage parlour in Johor Bahru recently went viral for allegedly sexually harassing 2 of its male customers recently.
Both customers, who were from Singapore recently visited the massage parlour at Taman Pelangi, JB where the female masseuse allegedly touched the men’s private parts against their will. One of the masseuses reportedly questioned the man’s sexuality, and even tried to peek into his private part by unzipping his pants.
The matter initially circulated on TikTok but was later reported by Shin Ming and Oriental Daily. Despite being asked not to do so, the female masseuse continued to sexually harass the men, which prompted that to cancel the massage service. One of the men even broke down and cried as he was traumatised.
“We can’t confirm anything”
When the parlour was contacted by Shin Ming Daily, the person in charge (PIC) said that he could neither confirm nor deny the allegations from both parties. This is because the massage rooms are NOT equipped with CCTV cameras, and they could only listen to what both parties had to say.
He also confirmed that in the organisation’s 10 years of business, they had never offered any kind of “special services”. The masseuse said she only asked the men if they like men or women.
The PIC of the parlour also said that,
“The masseuese mentioned that one of the men was dressed like a girl, so it was impossible to ask him if he wanted ‘special service’.”
For illustration purposes only
The PIC also said that he was at the scene during the incident, which was around 2 am when the customer asked for his personal identification card. The PIC refused as it was an important document but suggested the men lodge a report at the police station, where he would present his ID card.
“As of now, we’re dealing with a lawyer on the matter,” the PIC said.
He also denied giving the customers a discount or refund.
“They have accepted massage services and there is no reason for a discount or a refund,” he added.
It’s rare for male customers to be harassed but it does happen. We hope the customers are able to recover from this soon.
