Filling in forms is a hassle, and for people with terrible writing (e.g. me), it’s hell as we need to write out the letters carefully so we don’t misspell our names.

Sometimes the forms are confusing, and we don’t know what to fill in.

Recently, a filled student enquiry form of Lim Kok Wing university has gone viral for how the student answered it.

The particulars were censored, and we were left with very little information.

We can see that they are just after SPM and interested in knowing more about Lim Kok Wing uni’s degree program.

However, what made everyone laugh was the mobile section where, instead of their mobile number, the person put their phone model, the iPhone 6 Plus.

This has caused netizens to be amused to the point that they imagine what the other details on the form are.

“Race: never.”

Other netizens responded with sarcasm.

“What an out-of-the-box mind. Really suitable to get into creative universities like Lim Kok Wing.”

“Correct. He is smarter than the form. If in court also, he is correct. Good one.”

However, some netizens also believe this person doesn’t have much experience with forms.

“This person must be the type of student who brings their forms back home for their parents to fill. Even after school finishes, they still don’t know how to fill in a form.”

We’re not entirely sure what the person’s train of thought was, but this is undoubtedly a great picture that made us laugh.
