As an important side note, please remember to register your Touch ‘n Go card here when you first receive it. Otherwise they won’t know which one is yours!
Alright then, here’s how you can go about getting back your balance:
1. Go to Touch ‘n Go’s website and click here to report a lost card
2. Fill in all your details and click ‘submit’
3. Now, just sit back and chill while waiting for the refund to be processed
4. The refund will usually take about 30 days
FYI, the point of registering your card in the beginning is to allow them to verify the user details in order to process the refund and protect your balance!
