Losing something of value is sure to give you a mini heart attack the moment you discover it’s gone. While not everything you lose can be found, there is one thing that you can easily get back by just going through a few simple steps.

What is it, you ask? Well, the item in question is none other than the remaining value of your Touch ‘n Go card if you happen to be unfortunate enough to lose it. Especially if you know that there’s still quite a huge sum of money inside!

OMG, how lah? Before you turn on your panic mode, rest assure that you can get your balance back even if the card has gone missing. Phew, what a relief! Now, let us teach you how to get back your hard-earned money from a lost card.

As an important side note, please remember to register your Touch ‘n Go card here when you first receive it. Otherwise they won’t know which one is yours!

Alright then, here’s how you can go about getting back your balance:

1. Go to Touch ‘n Go’s website and click here to report a lost card

2. Fill in all your details and click ‘submit’

3. Now, just sit back and chill while waiting for the refund to be processed

4. The refund will usually take about 30 days

FYI, the point of registering your card in the beginning is to allow them to verify the user details in order to process the refund and protect your balance!
