Health DG: 187 New Covid-19 Cases, 62 Recovered & Thankfully, No Deaths

Based on KKM’s latest update, Malaysia recorded 187 new cases today (26 May), bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 7,604. From those numbers, a total of 6,041 patients have been cured and discharged, including today’s 62 patients.

Fortunately, there are no deaths as of today, leaving the number of casualties at 115.

Out of the 187 new cases reported, 173 of these cases are from foreign nationals where 155 cases were detected from the Bukit Jalil Immigration Depot and 13 cases were detected at the Cheras security cluster.

Let’s do everything we can to cooperate with our authorities to ensure that we eradicate the Covid-19 virus from our shores, this includes avoiding crowded places, practicing social distancing and only going out for essential purposes.
