Despite not being talked about as much as the upcoming GE15, flash floods in Klang Valley and the other states are also among the concerns of many Malaysians, especially those who stay in flood-prone areas.

Election day has yet to come but the nightmare has already come true. Early this morning (November 17), parts of Klang and Shah Alam has been hit by a flash flood, yet again, following the continuous rain last night (November 16), which started around 10 pm.

At the time of writing, the rain has stopped in most of the areas. However, since it’s the monsoon season and rainfall is expected to continue, it’s best to prepare for the worst. To the drivers out there, do be careful on the road.
