The most anticipated day for fans of Billie Eilish is finally here as the pop singer’s very first concert in Malaysia will be held tonight (August 18) at Bukit Jalil National Stadium!

According to Malaysian’s Twitter Fanpage of Billie Eilish, the queue started in the morning and at the time of writing, the line is getting longer and longer. A Twitter user also revealed that a number of hardcore fans have “camped out” at the stadium as early as five in the morning!

As of 2pm, the queue got longer as the official merchandise pop-up stall opened its door and fans have been trying their best in an attempt to grab the merchandise.

Local radio station, Fly FM has also shared a clip that shows the fans “camping out” outside the stadium.

While fans are eagerly waiting to sing along with Billie Eilish, a preacher has since expressed his take on the concert in general.

Why organise this concert?

Local preacher, PU Syed took to his Instagram account this morning and made it clear that Billie Eilish’s concert that is expected to go on tonight, is pointless.

‘The concert should not even be organised. It’s pointless and brings no benefits to the religion and the country,” he explained.

PU Syed uploaded a blurred image of Billie Eilish and placed a caption on the picture that says, “It’s doesn’t benefit (anyone) for this concert to be organised.”

In his post, he reminded the people to stop having fun to the extent where God is forgotten and questioned the point of organising something that should be banned. At the end of his post, PU Syed sent a short but strong message:

“Hopefully the concert will not be organised!”

By now, Malaysian fans would already be swarming Bukit Jalil stadium. Do you agree with what PU Syed had to say? Fans of Billie Eilish, are you excited for her performance tonight?
