With the Global Ikhwan Service and Business Holding (GISBH) investigation ongoing, a former company employee has shed some details on Buletin TV3.

An ex-worker of the said company claimed that he had never received his salary throughout his 10 years of employment.

The company, however, “showed some mercy” by launching a system where employees are paid between RM50 to RM100 a week for their hard work. Unfortunately, he had only received his “peanut” salary from 2013 until 2014.

Since then, he was promoted to full-time but had only been doing free labour as he had not received any money.

“I was only given food and accommodation throughout my employment,” the anonymous ex-worker said.

The man also revealed that he was not the only one who suffered the same fate as other employees who also went through the horrific experience. He then brought the matter to the labour court, where the court instructed GISBH to compensate RM23,100 to the former worker.

Earlier this week, welfare houses, which were allegedly under the management of GISBH, were raided by PDRM during an operation known as OP Global, where children and teens were rescued from years of sodomy.

The company has since denied all allegations, said it will fight for the truth, and sought financial help from the public for a lawyer.
