Prime Minister Dato’ Seri Anwar Ibrahim (DSAI) has filed a lawsuit against Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin in regards to his statement claiming that the Pakatan Harapan (PH) Chairman received RM15 million as a Selangor economic advisor.

According to a report by Sinar Harian, DSAI as the plaintiff filed the suit at the Kuala Lumpur High Court today (December 20) through his lawyers, SN Nair & Partners, naming Muhyiddin as the sole defendant.

The President of the People’s Justice Party (PKR) claimed that the statement was made by Muhyiddin, who is the Chairman of Perikatan Nasional (PN), during the ‘Grand Finale PN Padang Serai’ talk at Taman Selasih, Kulim, on December 5 (Monday).

Through documents obtained, DSAI said that Muhyiddin’s speech in support of PN candidate, Datuk Azman Nasruddin, had offended him.
