There are plenty of people who would drive recklessly on the road, causing trouble for other people. One of the most reckless things one can do while driving on the road is not using your indicators when trying to switch lanes. There have been many cases where an accident would happen due to drivers being reckless.

On the 12th of December, PDRM released a statement on their Facebook page for these reckless drivers. In their post they mentioned that drivers who fail to use their indicators when switching lanes, causing accidents to happen can be charged under s.43(1) of the Road Transport Act 1987.
