Following the events of the recent 15th General Elections (GE15), media personnel have been spending quite some time outside of the homes of Malaysia’s 10th Prime Minister candidates, in order to gain information from them in regards to what’s happening right now.

This, of course, includes the home of Pakatan Harapan (PH)’s candidate, Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim (DSAI).

And while such activities can be tiring (especially due to the Malaysian weather) and boring (because it does include a lot of waiting around), those who were camping outside DSAI’s house were graced by a special visitor. None other than DSAI’s adorable cat, Billy!

Billy 1

Sinar Harian shared a video of Billy on their official TikTok account, as it greeted its media friends. One of the reporters who were there even got the opportunity to carry Billy! We’re so jealous!!

They wrote, “Anwar’s cat stole media personnel’s attention after ‘escaping’ from the Pakatan Harapan Chairman’s residence”.

Billy 2

Billy was apparently super friendly with the reporters who were there for a chance to speak to its owner, DSAI, with it sashayed towards them in his little red bow-tie early yesterday morning (November 22).

We genuinely hope that we’d get the chance to, one day, give the insanely fluffy Billy some pets.

Until then, we hope this video, shared by Sinar Harian, brings your day some joy!
