Travelling can sometimes be an all-consuming process. From planning activities to managing your funds in advance, some of us will maximise the amount of fun we can have for that period of time.

In a brief conversation with WORLD OF BUZZ, a Malaysian traveller who simply goes by Faiz, revealed that he had recently taken a trip to Lombok, Indonesia.

However, there has been one instance tied to his trip, which he has since posted about to his TikTok account @f4izzz, that has been grabbing the attention of many Malaysians online. In one clip posted to his account, Faiz shared how he and his friend used a longkang as a waterslide.

Engulfed in choppy weather, the TikTok clip begins with Faiz and his friend sitting in a longkang of rushing water. Merely seconds later, the duo gets carried into the current down the longkang. All smiles, the video ends with them coming out of the longkang a few seconds into the “slide”.

Garnering a massive response, a number of users worried for Faiz’s wellbeing in the video, saying that using the longkang as a slide may not have been safe, as there could have been dangerous or unhygienic items around unbeknownst to their attention.

However, there were a number of people who related to the clip, with one user even saying that it brought back childhood memories for them.

Brother found a free water slide,” wrote another user.
