Where do you find a boss who will do anything (we mean, anything he sees fit) to make his employers happy?

Just a couple of days back, on his TikTok post @tonyfernandesairasia, Tan Sri Tony Fernandes shared a snippet of the graduation of the cabin crews who participated in MyAllstars. Graduation is often incomplete without heartwarming speeches about how far everyone has come and bouquets of flowers.

However, the CEO of Capital A took some time to make his cabin crew happy – by doing a TikTok dance.

Well, graduation is one of the most important highlights of one’s life, so a TikTok dance once in a blue moon won’t hurt. Tony said that he was “forced” by the cabin crew graduates to perform the TikTok dance but he was happy to oblige.

“Anything to make my AllStars happy.”

The graduation ceremony also marks the 1st Air Asia cabin crew graduation after the Covid-19 pandemic. Tony was not only happy to do the TikTok dance but he expressed his happiness to see the Allstars finally making it to the end of their training.

“I am so happy to have the 1st graduation after 3 years of hellish Covid-19 pandemic.”

Of course, Tony was not only there for the dance. According to another TikTok post by @flyairasia, Tony has been there since the beginning of the ceremony, just like many of the cabin crew’s family members who were there to witness the achievement of their loved ones. Tony was there for the speech and he managed to make some time for a photography session with all the happy graduates and their family members.

“Today we see proud parents, family, inspired friends and hopeful little ones, cheering on for these freshly graduated cabin crews,” Fly Air Asia said.
