Delivering parcels may be at the heart of J&T Express Malaysia’s business, but in 2025, the company once again proved that its purpose stretches far beyond logistics. With meaningful initiatives centred on compassion, community support, and social responsibility, J&T Express Malaysia continued its mission to uplift Malaysians in times of need.

Throughout the year, the company carried out two key CSR programmes, supporting underprivileged communities through its collaboration with Kechara Soup Kitchen and extending relief aid to families affected by severe floods in Kelantan. These efforts reflect the company’s ongoing commitment to standing with Malaysians through real moments of hardship.

In 2025, J&T Express Malaysia partnered with Kechara Soup Kitchen, an organisation known for its dedication to helping the homeless and underserved communities. Volunteers from the Branding team joined hands with Kechara to prepare and serve meals, offering not just food but also warmth, dignity, and meaningful human connection.

Through this initiative, J&T Express Malaysia reaffirmed that kindness can be delivered just as powerfully as parcels. The team spent time engaging with beneficiaries, highlighting the company’s belief in compassion-led CSR efforts that create genuine impact — one meal and one smile at a time.

Standing with Kelantan Families During the Flood Crisis

As heavy monsoon rains swept through Kelantan, many families were displaced, with homes and essential belongings damaged or destroyed. On 3 December 2025, J&T Express Malaysia mobilised a dedicated team to support ongoing relief efforts, joining hands with TikTok Shop and Mercy Malaysia Basecamp Kelantan to deliver essential aid to affected communities.

During the mission, staff and volunteers prepared and distributed care packages containing food supplies, daily necessities and emergency support items to help families navigate the critical first days of the disaster. Each parcel served as a reminder that even in moments of uncertainty, compassion and solidarity remain vital. Beyond logistics, the team provided on-ground assistance and reassurance, ensuring that help reached those who needed it most.

“These initiatives demonstrate J&T Express Malaysia’s commitment to care, community, and connection,” said Jacky Hu, Branding Manager of J&T Express Malaysia. “From serving meals to the homeless to supporting families in flood-stricken areas, our efforts go beyond operations. Each initiative is driven by our belief that every act of help, no matter how small, brings hope to someone who needs it.”

As the company continues to grow nationwide, J&T Express Malaysia remains committed to ensuring its success translates into positive impact for communities across the country. The 2025 CSR efforts serve as a reminder that delivering smiles is just as important as delivering parcels.
