We’ve all had moments of eating more food than we can handle, but for one professional eater, it is just part of his day-to-day duties as a content creator.

Singaporean competitive eater and YouTuber Zermatt Neo has made waves online for chowing down everything from durians to chicken rice and even wagyu beef. But his latest challenge has been turning heads for a pretty remarkable reason.

In a TikTok that was uploaded to the influencer’s official page @zermattneo, Neo visited a local hawker store near Bedok in Singapore called 85 Hawker Centre. There, he took on his latest food challenge – eating an 8.5kg bowl of Bar Chow Mee soup.

“This is about over 20 servings of noodles, soup, and barchor,” said the competitive eater in the clip.

Adding a timelapse for his food challenge, Neo sat comfortably at the hawker stall and consumed all the noodles in front of him, even drinking the soup alongside it.

A portion of commenters expressed their concern for Neo’s health, stating that it may not be natural for someone to consume that amount of food in such a short period of time.

However, one user defended the content creator against those who said he was wasting food, as he practically finished the entire meal.

Out of concern, another user even told Neo to get himself checked regularly, to which the content creator responded saying that he gets himself checked once every six months.
