It’s no secret that us Malaysians tend to treat our pets like our little children. This means that when they do something bad, we tend to forgive them quickly because they’re so cute! (How could you stay mad at something with an adorable face like that?)

Well, one Malaysian woman now has to find the will to forgive her cats after they had torn up her money!

Netizen, @_thehusna, took to her TikTok account to showcase how her cats had played with and ended up tearing up an RM20 note.

Rm20 1

She wrote, “Did you know that I was just about to go out to buy kibbles and wet food for you??”

In her video, she showcased pieces of RM20 notes scattered all across her floor after her cats had played with the money and tore it all up.

One of her cats could also be seen sitting nearby with its back facing the crime scene, as though to say, “If I don’t see it, it didn’t happen.

Rm20 3

“It ate up my money, I already don’t have money weyh,” @_thehusna cried.

Speaking to WORLD OF BUZZ, she shared that she has 3 cats (Cheetos, Yennie and Nunie), one of which is a stray that she’s caring for, and she doesn’t know which one is the culprit. (It could have been one cat or it could have been all of them!)

Rm20 2

Though, thankfully, the cats only destroyed one RM20 note, and not more!

We genuinely hope that she managed to quickly earn back her losses.
