The actions of a mother allowing her toddler to urinate by the side of a building has drawn criticism from the public who has described her act as dirty and unhygienic.

An image of the situation had gone viral on social media, where some have speculated that the location of the incident was allegedly at the popular Kuala Lumpur tourist spot, Pasar Seni.

Among those who have shared the photo is the MYNEWSHUB Twitter page.

While many have, in fact, condemned the mother, there are some out there who believe that she was in a desperate situation.

Urine 2

“Until old age, they’ll pee everywhere.”

Urine 3

“The behaviour of Malaysians as compared to the Japanese is so different. Low class.”

Urine 4

“It is okay to pee anywhere when it is an emergency but you have to be smart about it. At least cover it up by going in a bush or in a drain. In the name of an emergency, it is important that people don’t see you do it.”

What do you think?

Should it have been okay for the mother to allow her child to pee in a public place out of a desperate need to urinate or should she have tried to look for a public restroom?

Do feel free to share your thoughts in the comment section.
