Severe floods from the monsoon rains have been making headlines, affecting many states across Malaysia.

While many have been forced to evacuate their homes and seek safety, others have found ways to stay positive and make the best of a tough situation.

A recent video that’s been going viral online shows 2 friends casually making their way through floodwaters on their own DIY banana boat, which has amused a lot of netizens.

In the video shared by @kacahhhhhh_, one guy is riding a motorcycle while pulling the other, who sits behind on the lid of a black water tank that’s been tied to the bike.

The caption of the post reads,

“Here comes the banana boat”
