In his response, he slammed the lady for requesting more than what they should have received in the first place.

“I want MAIWP to quickly help me with my request to change the kind of diapers I need. It has been delayed for more than two, three months now.”

“I want a quicker and more transparent process when giving out aid to us.”

“This has been happening for years. I asked for a different kind of diaper but got another type instead. They asked me to make a change request, but it is not my fault; it is the system’s fault.”

“Baby formula is also an issue. It has been delayed for more than two months. I didn’t get it because of the system in place.”

Netizens were unimpressed.

“I hope MAIWP takes note of this individual’s complaint. I hope they also provide birth control pills to stop her from reproducing. You should be more grateful that people out there are helping you with your problems.”

“You decide to have kids, but want others to help you with diapers and baby formula.”

Another slammed the individual for putting full reliance on MAIWP for help.

“MAIWP is there to assist, not fully support, or is it the other way around nowadays?”

Towards the end of the video, the individual insisted that it was the plight of many individuals and not just for herself.

“Many approached me with this. I am not a representative of MAIWP.”
