“M’sians are the best” – More than 200 People Rally to Donate Blood for UPSI Crash Victims in Perak!

A social media post quickly went viral after it was reported that blood was urgently needed for students from Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI) who survived the recent bus crash in Gerik, Perak.

All the survivors are currently receiving treatment, and the call for blood donations shared on social media quickly caught the public’s attention.

Over 200 people came to donate blood

Heartwarmingly, more than 200 people showed up to donate blood at the Raja Perempuan Bainun Hospital Blood Donation Centre in Ipoh.

A video shared online showed the blood donation centre packed with people, all coming with the same intention, to donate blood in hopes of helping those in need.

“Alhamdulillah, thank you to everyone who donated blood at the HRPB Ipoh Blood Donation Centre today to help the patients involved in the UPSI bus accident and others in need. The number of donors has now exceeded 200 people,” the post read.
