M’sian Rider Gets Caught by JPJ for Riding Without License & Road Tax for 10 Years

It’s against the traffic rules to drive or ride WITHOUT a valid license and road tax. Unfortunately, many Malaysian road users ignore the consequences and think they can get away without facing any punishments.

JPJ Selangor recently conducted an operation – Operasi Hari Raya Aidiladha on the road, and according to a report, over 47,000 notices were issued by the authorities. However, there’s a more shocking discovery, which was shared on @jpjnegeriselangor’s TikTok page.

JPJ stopped a rider who had been on the road without a valid licence & road tax for 10 years!

The incident happened near the LDP highway in the Sunway Mentari area. The HRAA operation has been ongoing since June 10 and will continue until June 30.

“We take this matter seriously and we will not compromise with anyone who violate the rules,” said the senior director of enforcement JPJ.
