Have you ever stopped at a traffic light that took forever to turn green? Have you ever wondered what you could have done with that time?

Well, one Malaysian motorcyclist decided to use his time waiting at a traffic light to help a little school boy sitting on a motorcycle next to him!

Netizen, @布布, took to her XiaoHongShu account to showcase an act of kindness she witnessed at a traffic light, where a motorcyclist had helped a little school boy sitting on a motorcycle next to him to adjust his school bag’s straps.

She wrote, “In Malaysia. If you think the world is a terrible place, just take a look at this. There are still many sincere and kind people out there.”

“This abang (brother) saw that the boy’s (school bag’s) straps were very loose so he adjusted the right side strap for him. After adjusting it, I thought he was going to leave but he then went to the left side and adjusted the left strap. He then patted the bag before leaving.”

In the video, which was taken from @布布‘s car as she waited at the traffic light right behind the motorcyclist, he could be seen doing exactly what @布布 described.

The entire time the motorcyclist was helping the boy to adjust his bag straps, he had a friendly smile plastered across his face to encourage the boy.
