If there’s one thing most people on Earth can agree on, it’s that there can never be too much kindness to spread to anyone who needs it. With that in mind, one Malaysian motorcyclist is leading the way in setting a bright example to inspire other locals to understand that, if you ever come across someone who needs a helping hand, offer it willingly without expecting anything in return.
A recent TikTok clip has been making waves online after one motorcyclist named Lynn shared a video to her page @lynn_baker708, of one of her friends helping out a mother who was alone with her young children. An avid biker, Lynn stopped at a petrol station alongside one of her fellow riders named Eddie. Seeing the mother in need, Eddie jumped into action to help the lady fill her car with petrol.
Capturing the moment, Lynn was able to document the instance by taking a video of the instance, which showed the mother, who was holding her baby, standing just feet away as Eddie plenished her car with fuel. After he was done, the mother thanked Eddie for his kind duty before returning to her car, where another one of her young children sat and waited patiently.
Placing the pump back into the fuel dispenser, Eddie then walked towards his motorcycle, which was next to Lynn, before they made their way and continued to bike.
Receiving immense praise in the comments section, numerous Malaysians applauded Eddie for going out of his way to help the mother fill petrol into her car, as she was the only adult managing her toddler and baby. In a delightful twist, one of the commenters turned out to be the young mother’s sister, who also thanked Eddie for aiding her sister at the moment.
“I feel overwhelmed watching this video. Thank you, brother, for being a good person,” commented one user.
On the other hand, another user even spoke on the respect she has for motorcyclists, due to their helpful nature. Mentioning a personal moment she had prior to the video, the commenter stated that she was once aided by a motorcyclist on the highway after a tyre in her car exploded. Doing all the work, she said she was particularly touched when the motorcyclist told her to sit in her car as he changed the tyre alone.
“A lot of motorcyclists are also fathers, so we understand this situation and will help. Good job, brother,” penned another user.
