The love spawned between a man and his wife can come in many forms. From admiring what they adore about one another to accepting the quirks that may not always be their favourite traits, the reflection of these attributes in the little ones a couple bears together can make for funny moments.
A recent TikTok video seems to be exemplifying such a situation after one little girl, who was upset with her father, made a huff towards him in the cutest way. In a clip posted by user @nadia.ibrahim97, Nadia recorded a moment outside an elevator at her apartment complex of an interaction between her daughter and husband.
Visibly upset with her father, the little girl stands to face the elevator doors as her father tries to tap her on the shoulder and hold her hand. Making a loud grunting sound, the little girl wants absolutely nothing to do with her old man, staring at the floor and swapping away his gestures towards her every chance she gets.
At one point, the exasperated husband turns to look at Nadia before trying again, only to be rejected once more.
Making waves online, many Malaysians were amused by the actions of a little girl towards her father, saying that it is more common with daughters than one may think.
“It’s a lot more horrifying when a daughter starts to sulk,” joked one user.
On the other hand, a variety of users also said that Nadia’s husband was dealing with a little version of herself, relaying how girlfriends and wives behave in a similar fashion when frustrated with their partners.
“Oh if both of them start sulking, your head will be spinning trying to comfort and see to both of them,” jested another user.
However, one of the most fruitful comments came from a user who stated that while this may seem like a small tantrum, little children need comfort from their parents even when they are frustrated, as they’d probably come back looking for attention after getting over their emotions.
