KTM Berhad Cancels Special Train Services to Hat Yai, Thailand Due to Bad Weather Conditions

For those who were planning to head to Hat Yai, Thailand, via KTM’s MySawasdee special train service, we have unfortunate news for you.

Sadly, KTM Berhad has cancelled the MySawasdee special train service 1004 and 1005 from KL Sentral to Hat Yai and vice versa starting today (November 29) until Monday (December 2) due to bad weather conditions.

Taking to their Facebook page, they shared, “Dear valued passengers, we regret to inform you that the MySawasdee special train services 1004 and 1005 have been cancelled due to weather conditions in northern Peninsula Malaysia and Hat Yai.”

“Passengers are entitled to a full refund, which will be processed through the KTMB Mobile App (KITS).”

“We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding,” they added.
