A recent post has caught the attention of many Malaysians after an uncle won hearts by giving away the putu mayam he was selling from his motorcycle for free.
In a Threads post by @sarahjunid, she recalled taking shelter under a bridge with several other riders during a heavy downpour.
Malaysian uncle gives away free putu mayam to riders!
According to Sarah, she was waiting for the rain to stop when she suddenly thought about how hungry she was.
As if on cue, an uncle on a motorcycle showed up and started handing out putu mayam to all the riders waiting there.
She also shared a video showing the uncle riding off after giving away free putu mayam to the riders waiting there, including Sarah herself.
“I had just thought to myself, ‘I’m so hungry,’ and then this uncle suddenly started giving out free putu mayam to all the riders waiting under the bridge. Drive safe on your way home, uncle! Wishing you good health, safe travels, and abundant blessings always,” she wrote.
Speaking to WORLD OF BUZZ, Sarah shared that a netizen told her the uncle regularly rides around Brickfields and Telawi, Bangsar, selling his putu mayam.
