Police detect viral video of incident

According to Sepang District Police Chief Assistant Commissioner Norhizam Bahaman, police detected the viral video at around 10.30am, showing the incident that had taken place earlier.

Investigations found that the driver, a civil servant in his 40s, was travelling from Putrajaya towards Puchong when he accidentally missed the route to the MEX Toll Plaza (Putrajaya).

He then reportedly decided to turn back by driving against the flow of traffic to rejoin the route towards Puchong.

“The driver switched on his hazard lights and drove slowly for about 30 metres before entering the lane towards Puchong,” ACP Norhizam said.
