Everyone on board a plane is expected to adhere to all the rules to ease the flight and all passengers. A woman in China, however, caused a flight delay just because she refused to listen to one of the flight attendants.

The woman refused to put her Louis Vuitton designer handbag, which cost around USD 3,000 (approximately RM13,300), under the seat in front of her, causing a one-hour delay. Eventually, the flight attendant asked her to leave the plane, and she had to be escorted off.

The other passengers were happy to see the woman leave and applauded when she was escorted off the plane.

The anonymous passenger said the woman was sitting in economy class and insisted on putting her Louis Vuitton handbag next to her.

The video circulated on Douyin. According to the Chinese news outlet, it happened on August 10 during a flight from an airport in Chongqing, where the flight was already departing and had to return to the boarding gate.

South China Morning Post report revealed that the airline did not respond to questions about the case or reveal the outcome after speaking to the passenger. You can watch the Douyin video here.

Hang in there to all the cabin crews who have to deal with difficult passengers!
