It was 6 August 1966 when Public Bank kickstarted its ‘Bank for the People’ journey, opening its very first branch at Jalan Gereja, Kuala Lumpur.

To celebrate their 60 years of legacy, Public Bank recently invited Malaysians to ‘celebrate the day it all began’ on 6 August 2026 at Menara Public Bank, with an elaborate and dazzling drone and fireworks show.

Speaking of live music, here’s the stellar line-up you’ll be vibing to at PB60 Fest:

The Mandopop-EDM princess rose to fame after uploading viral song covers on YouTube. Femes for her amazing voice, she quickly signed on as a professional recording artist and produced hit original songs like “I Love The Sky”. She frequently collaborates with other artists across the region, including Shila Amzah and fellow headliner Jaclyn Victor, and performs extensively across Malaysia, Taiwan, and Singapore.

b) Jaclyn Victor

The iconic pop-R&B singer achieved national stardom after winning the inaugural season of Malaysian Idol. Widely acclaimed for her multi-octave vocal range and powerful belt, her multi-award-winning anthem, “Gemilang” (written specifically for the first Malaysian Idol winner), remains a hallmark in Malaysian music history.

c) Aniu

The lovable kampung boy singer-songwriter, actor, and film director rose to fame in the late 1990s, especially for his catchy, folk-pop hits like “Look Over Here, Girl” (famously lip-synced by Taiwanese celeb Richie Jen in the MV). He successfully ventured into filmmaking in 2010 by directing and starring in the positively reviewed nostalgic romance film “Ice Kacang Puppy Love”.
