Kudos to these two ladies for their speedy action and compassion!

We simply can’t forgive those who actually have the heart to abandon their pets.

No matter what situation you are in or how badly the pet might have behaved, one of the best thing you can do for it is to find a new owner who can cherish it instead of just finding a way to get rid of it. You don’t know what karma is, isit? Especially a good boy like this one! I mean look at that muffin, looking all sad and lonely.

It was really sudden. A man who was driving a Hilux ditched his dog at Petronas Jaya Gading Batu 10, Kuantan, and left the scene hastily to escape. Surely he was feeling guilty right?

Luckily a girl, Nur Syazana, witnessed the event and immediately posted about the situation on her Facebook.

She shared that, “The poor dog just sits there, looking very confused,” and also noted that she couldn’t get the car’s plate number “because everything happened too fast.”

The petrol station is owned by a Malay Muslim, so Syazana was positive that the dog would not be welcome there. Saying she couldn’t take care of the dog for long as she had to travel, she ended her post with a plea for a kind soul to adopt the doggo.

“Is there anyone who wants to adopt this dog? 1F622 I can keep it for a while, but tomorrow I won’t be here. Going back to Temerloh for a week. Please pm me if you want to adopt this gentle dog”

Miraculously, a kind lady from Batu 12 read the post and immediately went to the rescue! She even texted Syazana to tell her that she will adopt it and asked for her identity to be kept secret. That’s a lucky dog right there.

In an update to her post before she deleted it, Syazana thanked people for actually helping her to share this situation, and that resulted in the poor dog getting a new forever home. The comments section of the post was full of people thanking the two girls for their kindness and praising them.

If you are in a situation where you have to get rid of your pet, find the most compassionate way to do it. Euthanising is not one of those ways. For example, you can post your pet on Pet Finder where your lovable creature might find their happily ever after.
