24yo M’sian Housewife Sentenced to 4 Years Jail For Breaking Into House & Stealing RM50,000 Cash

A housewife was sentenced to four years in prison by the Kuala Pilah Magistrate’s Court today after pleading guilty to breaking into a house and stealing RM50,000 in cash, according to a report from Sinar Harian,

D mogana, 24, was sentenced to four years in jail after confessing the charge readout in front of magistrate saifol sayoti.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The 24-year-old accused, D Mogana, was sentenced after confessing to the charge readout in front of Magistrate Saifol Sayoti.

She was charged with breaking into a house inhabited by R. Letchmee, 78, and stealing RM50,000 in cash.

It is understood that the accused committed the act on 21 January at about 7am at Taman Bahagia Delima, Kuala Pilah.

The prosecution was conducted by Deputy Public Prosecutor Nurul Muhaimin Mohd Azman while the accused was not represented by a lawyer.
