Fall 2 1

A 23-year-old man lost his life after falling from the parking lot of the Plaza Melaka Raya building

According to a report by Guang Ming Daily, the police received a call from a woman at around 12:40 PM on Tuesday (4 November) to report the fall.

Preliminary investigations found that the deceased and the woman, who is his girlfriend, had lunch together before he drove them to the Plaza Melaka Raya building.

No appetite to eat

The girlfriend shared that, during the days prior to his passing, the man had been feeling depressed in regards to his durian business doing poorly.

On the day of the incident, the deceased and his girlfriend had gone for lunch, though when they arrived at the restaurant, he did not have the appetite to eat and decided to pack food instead.

Fall 1 1

After that, he drove both him and his girlfriend to the 4th-floor parking lot of the Plaza Melaka Raya building. He then got out of the car under the pretence that he was going to use the restroom.

According to his girlfriend, the deceased suddenly ran away, prompting her to run after him out of concern.

She allegedly tried to stop him from running, but he pushed her away and fell to his death.

Our sincerest condolences to the deceased’s family and loved ones.
