The incident, which took place at around 10pm on 3 March, happened when the victim followed the suspect to a pharmacy to buy medicine at a petrol station in Puchong, after futsal practice.

“While in the car in front of the pharmacy, the victim asked the suspect to help massage her shoulders which were hurting due to playing futsal,”

“As the suspect massaged the victim’s shoulders, he suddenly moved his hand down to the victim’s thigh before squeezing her pants,” he said.

The victim then tried to push the suspect’s hand away several times.

“The suspect told her it’s just for a little while and only the two of them would know what happened. The suspect also asked the victim not to tell anyone about the incident. The victim kept quiet out of fear,” he added.

The victim was advised to make a report with the police after her brother had found out what happened.

“The suspect will be remanded for four days, from Sunday to Wednesday, to assist in the investigation according to Section 354 of the Penal Code,” he said.
