If you hate your job, love doggos and are considering a career change, this might be the dream job for you!
A staffing company known as Silver Swan Recruitment is offering up to GBP 32,000 (RM171,568) a year to the perfect candidate who is willing to live in a luxury six-story London townhouse while looking after two adorable golden retrievers, Oscar and Milo!
How can you say no to those adorable faces?
According to Insider, some of the daily tasks include:
- Short dog walks in the morning and evening
- Managing dog appointments
- Working with the regular dog walker
- Food shopping
- General management of property
The doggos belong to a high-flying couple who travel frequently and don’t always have time to spare for their lovely pups. Hence, they’re looking for someone to become a live-in dog carer and spend time with their pets full-time. Working days only stretch from Monday to Friday with occasional weekends.
Aside from the hefty salary of nearly RM 172,000, you’ll get the keys to a decked out six-storey townhouse in Kensington, London!
But of course you’ll have to do a fair bit of housekeeping while you’re there. The job description also mentions that the candidate has to run errands such as food shopping, laundry and light cooking for the vegan homeowner when they’re around the house.
Nonetheless, the primary job is to spend quality time with Milo and Oscar and anyone who is a passionate dog lover is encouraged to apply for the position! The couple is looking for applicants that are “hard-working and trustworthy”. While being “fit and active” is an added bonus.
If you think you’re a good fit for the role, you can apply here!
